Deep amber-brown, with notes of dates and molasses and a savory edge you don't expect from honey. Try it on sharp cheddar or blue cheese, whisked into a vinaigrette, or spooned over roasted carrots and squash. It also does beautiful things to a bowl of oatmeal on a cold morning.

Our woodland honeys, born from a partnership with the late Dr. Jane Goodall and made in ongoing collaboration with The Jane Goodall Institute, are raw, unfiltered and sustainably harvested from the woodlands of Western Tanzania.
