Down The Shore

This summer DTS gets its smokey flavor from the addition of our toasted Chipotle Meco & Morita chili paste, as well as a hint of heat. The dried Lions Manes from our friends at Phillips Mushroom Farms in Kennett Square are now smoked with oak + pecan wood and their soaking liquid is reduced to a concentrated jous, resulting in an earthy nuanced smokey flavor.
