Each book features durable 280 gsm card stock covers in rich red or blue to help organize subjects, with smooth chlorine-free 120 gsm pages that handle pencil, ink, or colored pencil beautifully. Lined and blank pages are double-sided.

Each lined page is college ruled to support neat handwriting and organized note-taking. Formats with onion skin include protective interleaving sheets that help prevent artwork from rubbing or smudging onto the facing page, making them especially useful for subjects that combine written work with illustrations.

If you prefer an open-page format without ruling, choose our Blank Red Composition Book in 8.3 × 11.7 inch size. It offers 40 sheets of unlined paper for drawing, diagrams, reports, journaling, and creative subject work.
