Our Smoked Honey is made by beekeepers using natural woodsmoke to calm their bees, which imparts a distinctive sweet and smoky flavor to the honey, perfect for barbecue sauces, dressings and marinades.

Woodland honeys were born from a partnership with the late Dr. Jane Goodall and made in ongoing collaboration with The Jane Goodall Institute, are raw, unfiltered and sustainably harvested from the woodlands of Western Tanzania.
