Here is a peanut butter with a lot going on. Smoky Hatch green chili. Raw honey. Habanero. Fresh-roasted runner peanuts. You might reasonably ask: is this too much? And the answer, it turns out, is no. Each ingredient, on its own, is already doing something interesting. Together, they are doing something that took Big Spoon Roasters founder Mark Overbay the better part of a decade to figure out.
