Our Pomegranate Molasses is a sweet & tart reduction of fresh pomegranate seeds, with nothing added! It's the silky, full-bodied, pure flavor of pomegranate, and it's a delight in dressings, marinades, drinks, desserts and drizzles.

To make this luscious liquid, pomegranate seeds are pressed and their juice is gradually concentrated in a low-temperature vacuum. This prevents natural fruit sugars from caramelizing, a slow and steady process that preserves the vibrantly fresh fruit flavors and optimizes nutritional value.
